Turbulators are mechanically twisted strips of stainless steel used in secondary heat exchangers for high efficiency forced air heating systems. 
The Twisted Tape Turbulators for use in heat exchangers for enhancing heat transfer. Twisted Tape tube inserts are being manufactured to suit process requirement.  The materials could be carbon steel, aluminium alloy and stainless steel with outer diameters from 20 mm to 38 mm.
